The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million. These photos reveal he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
